North Korea has fired a second short-range ballistic missiles off its east coast in the Wosnan area, the second such launch in a week says South Korea. NK has previously expressed anger claiming that planned joint military exercises with the US were no more than a "preparation of war". saying that the launches were a "solemn warning" to Seoul.
